Partha Sarathi manages the business working in close proximity to the Communications team to develop revenue streams from clients, by using data insights to create strategies for products leading to executed campaigns which drive brand value. 


Providing consultative support for the client being seen as an authority on their customers and assisting them in developing customer focused strategies to develop relevant communication solutions, developing detailed annual activity plans in tandem with  client leadership and communications director, implementing them with the client, being a highly effective networker, developing strong relationships with senior level contacts and developing a good detailed understanding of client organizations and their strategies and objectives,  he identifies business opportunities by matching products promotion / services to client needs and ensuring customer expectations are met, through advanced understanding of client needs and strategies, working closely with dedicated creative group, marketing team, client servicing team, outdoor advertising team, HR advertising team, online advertising printing & production team, communications team and supports them with high motivation.
 
He also provides support and coaching to Client Managers and Client Executives in the team, particularly on adwinds processes & methodologies, products & services and the discipline of account management / business development.
Spreading knowledge of the client portfolio within adwinds as well as maintaining accurate knowledge of the client, the key contacts, and projects that have been completed.

Developing adwinds business by creating new concepts and ideas for the clients products and ways of working and by being a catalyst for instigating change, makes improvement suggestions on existing media mechanics.

Delivers and exceed annual client revenue targets by managing existing business while exploring new revenue opportunities within clients which have not yet been fully exploited, project management Media projects in adwinds client base to ensure work is delivered on time and exceeds client expectations, he works with other teams to ensure appropriate solutions are used for each project, oversees media evaluation to ensure reviews can deliver meaningful measurement of clients  and improve future working practices. 

 Ultimate responsibility for teamís financial reporting by using internal systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting of time, expenses, proposals & pipeline management, revenue management.
