Santosh spearheads the agencies new business drive by identifying suitable sectors, organizations, targeting suitable prospect client, companies with relevant and targeted approach. He has the managing relationships with agency intermediaries, managing the overall marketing of the agency services and leads the agency's pitch process to achieve new business targets and goals.

He delivers a new business plan for the agency - targeting sectors, organizations and relevant activity. Manages the prospect relationship management process for agency  & engineer situations to maintain an interesting and relevant dialogue with our prospects. Example: Research, Case studies, Meetings, Events, Campaigns, Lunches etc

Delivers and executes a marketing   plan for the agency that keeps the agency in the forefront of the trade press, top of mind for prospective clients, recruitment agencies and trade bodies.

Has a strong commercial acumen to optimize the potential in every client relationship, through smart negotiation skills, financial management (forecasting, margin, etc) and influencing net profitability.

He drives commercially valuable site traffic through print media, electronic media, and PR activity, for multiple brands and manages agency relationships at a senior level across all key areas.      

Leads a team to assist in the implementation of campaigns and the tracking and analysis of them by   campaign management across a mix of direct marketing channels where he measures, tracks and analyzes response to improve ongoing campaign effectiveness and marketing strategy.

He has accustomed to being at the front line of delivery to our clients - although this role is based in Hyderabad he will not just be working on regional campaigns but also nationally.  He is responsible for implementing the plans using his skills and knowledge of the marketplace to deliver excellent trading and negotiation in line with agreed targets.
